Middlegate Europe operates bonded and general warehousing between the ports of Antwerp-Bruges and Rotterdam, with additional operations in Liège and Hull. 1. Bonded Warehousing

Storage under customs bond, so goods enter Europe without duties and VAT being paid on arrival. You clear in batches, as and when the goods are sold, and goods that leave the EU again are never cleared at all. For importers building stock in Europe, this is the difference between paying duty on a full container and paying it on what you actually sell.

2. Customs Clearance

Import and export declarations, transit documents and the paperwork that sits around bonded stock. Because clearance and warehousing sit under one roof, there is no handover between a broker and a warehouse, and no waiting for one to answer the other.

3. Warehousing & Storage

General storage for palletised and break bulk cargo, with racking configured to the goods rather than the other way round. We are licensed and certified for commodity groups that most general warehouses turn away.

4. Goods & Pallet Storage

Pallet-based storage for companies that need European stock close to the deep-sea terminals without committing to a building of their own. You pay for the positions you use, and scale up or down as your volume moves.

5. Freight Forwarding

Booking and documentation for the leg before and after the warehouse, so one party stays responsible from origin to delivered stock.

6. Transport & Distribution

Onward movement from the warehouse into Europe and the UK, with our own fleet and a vetted carrier network.

7. E-Commerce Fulfilment

Pick, pack and ship for webshops and marketplaces selling into Europe. The stock sits in the same building as the bonded and bulk storage, so goods can move from a full container into single-order dispatch without changing site or changing partner.
